Mark A. Eden, CLU
Mr. Eden has been a Principal with Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley, Inc. since its founding in 1988. He specializes in planning for multi-generational families, family businesses and for business owners. His specialties include business perpetuation planning, wealth transfer planning, and executive benefit planning.
A speaker before audiences in the insurance and financial communities, he has conducted seminars in corporate and estate planning for attorneys, CPAs, insurance agents and other professionals.
Mr. Eden has recently concluded serving as a board member of the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters in Washington, D. C. He has served as Chairman of the Business Insurance and Estate Planning Committee and served on their Split Dollar Task Force and the Estate Tax Task Force. He is also a member of the National Associate of Estate Planners and Councils, a Life and 30 + year Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.
Mark is a past member of the Florida State University Alumni Association’s Board of Directors, and is a member of the Southeast Regional Advisory Board of the School of Business for Florida State University. Additionally, he has served as Director on the Board of the Atlanta Jewish Federation and on the Board of the Atlanta Jewish Federation Endowment Fund. Mr. Eden is a past President of the Standard Club of Atlanta, Georgia and continues to serve on their Board.
Previously, he has participated in numerous leadership roles on behalf of the Atlanta Jewish Federation, including the annual campaign and has served as co-chairman of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Endowment Fund. He has served as a Director on the Boards of a number of Atlanta community organizations, as well as the National Advisory Board of three major life insurance companies. He was selected as a U.S. Jaycees Outstanding Young Man of America in 1976 and listed in the Who’s Who in Finance and Industry.
He is a registered representative of M Holdings Securities, Inc., a registered broker/dealer, member of the FINRA and SIPC, A graduate from Georgia State University and the CLU designation is from the American College.
