Bo Wilkins began his career in the life insurance industry with Northwestern Mutual Life in 1992. At Northwestern, he was one of the leading producers, which earned him the William O. Goodwin Achievement Award in 1998. Bo joined Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley, Inc. as a producer in 1999.
A graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, Bo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP). Bo is currently pursuing his Masters in Financial Services.
Bo specializes in wealth transfer and charitable planning for ultra affluent families. He also focuses on executive benefit and business succession planning for privately held companies.
Bo is a past President of the Atlanta Chapter of Financial Service Professionals. He is a member of the American Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), and is a Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
Mr. Wilkins has been a special lecturer for the Graduate Schools of both the University of Georgia and Georgia State University, and has addressed several insurance, legal, and tax groups including the Greenville and North Georgia Estate Planning Councils and the Georgia Fiduciary Law Conference. His article on split dollar insurance issues was published in National Underwriter, and he has written articles for various other industry publications, including Business to Business and Financial Advisor. In addition, he is active in various community organizations as a board member of Curing Kids Cancer and Camp Sunshine. He is also a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and Georgia State University.
