Brent Eden

Brent M. Eden joined Nease, Lagana, Eden & Culley as a producer and marketer in 2011 after practicing law at the firm of Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Brent obtained his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2009, focusing on estate planning and litigation. While in law school, Brent was a member of the Georgia State University College of Law Moot Court Board, an Honor Court Justice, and clerked for the Honorable Jerry Baxter in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan. Prior to law school, Brent clerked at the law firm of Alston & Bird, LLP, where he worked exclusively on the Enron Bankruptcy case. Brent also spent a year living in New Zealand, where he worked for the international New Zealand law firm Buddle Findlay and the Kinloch Lodge.

Brent specializes in providing innovative and uniquely integrated planning solutions to families, business owners, corporate executives, and other individuals of substantial income and/or assets. He also has experience in planning for privately and publicly held businesses as well as key-person and buy-sell agreement funding. Brent recommends solutions that are in the best interests of his clients, has a strong commitment to high quality service and innovative solutions, and understands the value of long-term relationships.
